To assist you better, we require you to provide photos as proof in the case of return/refund inquiries. This is a necessary step for each inquiry, and if photos/videos are not provided, we won't be able to process your request.
What to do if you receive the wrong order?
The mission and responsibility of QUINE LI INC. are to assist you in finding suitable clothing and handling your orders properly. If you receive the wrong order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us by emailing cs@quineli.com for support.
Return/Exchange Requirements:
Only orders/items purchased on quineli.com with errors/faults/defects/damaged goods are eligible for free return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the package. However, QUINE LI INC. reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet the following requirements.
If the received items are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. Send the order details and photos of the defective or damaged items to cs@quineli.com. We will process your order issue within 1-2 days.
1. Within 5 days of package delivery, our customer service will receive notifications of any delivery discrepancies.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. (No wear, alterations, cleaning, or damage allowed for returned items.)
3. Customer provides return shipping.
4. Currently, we cannot exchange items based on personal preferences, so please accurately understand your size according to the size description on the product page.
5. We do not take responsibility for product damage caused during the transportation process. You can return the items to the address provided by any shipping service with a tracking number. Failure to provide a tracking number gives us the right to cancel ongoing refund/exchange/return requests.
6. If processing time exceeds 30 days, we will cancel any refund/exchange/return requests.
7. Do not return any items before confirmation from us. In such cases, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
Return Instructions:
1. QUINE LI INC. does not accept refunds via USPS, as this may result in the items not being received. If a customer chooses USPS for a refund, we will not process the refund. We recommend using UPS or DHL services for returns to ensure smooth delivery and quick refunds.
2. Do not send the package as a commercial item and choose the gift/souvenir category to avoid customs duties. If a customer violates this instruction and incurs customs fees, we will deduct the fees from the refund.
3. Provide all shipping information and contact numbers, as any missing information may result in delivery failure, and the package may be returned to the original destination.
4. Provide us with the tracking number for us to follow up on the items.
5. If items are lost during transit, QUINE LI INC. does not take any responsibility for finding the package. Customers must contact the courier/customs and retrieve the items. No refund will be issued until we successfully receive the package.
Order Cancellation:
We only accept order cancellation requests made within 24 hours of your purchase. Any requests that do not meet this requirement will be automatically rejected.
Refund:
We will process your issue promptly upon receiving your return. If the refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please be patient as PayPal or the bank may take 7-14 working days to process your refund.
