Shipping Options

We provide two shipping services, each with a tracking number:

1. Standard Service:
- Free within the U.S., estimated 2-4 business days (excluding up to 3-5 business days of internal preparation time).
- Outside the U.S., costs vary by country. Estimated 5-12 business days (excluding up to 3-5 business days of internal preparation time).

2. Expedited Service:
- For specific costs of expedited service within the U.S., please contact cs@quineli.com via email for pricing details. Estimated 1-2 business days (excluding up to 1 business day of internal preparation time).
- For specific costs of expedited service outside the U.S., please contact cs@quineli.com via email for pricing details. Estimated 3-7 business days (excluding up to 1 business day of internal preparation time).

Additional Charges

Please note that shipping to certain countries and regions may incur additional charges. Stay in communication before ordering, and we will guide you through the entire process. Notify us at any time for timely support.

Customs Duties and Fees

Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and related fees. Shipping costs do not include customs duties, and duty standards vary by country. Refer to the government's official website for exact customs and clearance information.

Special Region Requirements

- Customers choosing express shipping in Europe (including the UK) must provide an EORI number/VAT number; otherwise, it will automatically switch to standard shipping.

- Orders shipped to Brazil must provide a CNPJ/CPF number, as per Brazilian customs requirements.

Ensure complete shipping information is provided during checkout to ensure accurate order processing.

Order Processing and Shipment

All orders undergo careful handmade production, with a processing/preparation time of up to 3-5 business days. After the order is shipped, processing and tracking information will be provided within 3-5 business days.

Address and Information Accuracy

Inaccurate or missing address, email, or contact phone numbers may result in delivery delays. Ensure information is accurate to facilitate a smooth shipping process. Orders returned due to incorrect address information will not have shipping fees refunded. Reshipping items to the correct address will incur additional shipping charges.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

We do not commit to delivering on target dates as specified in special instructions unless confirmed via email/direct message. Please confirm the feasibility of the target shipping date with us before purchase through email/direct message. Without prior notification, we will be unable to accept refund requests.
